Your child can experience the historic art form of watercolor painting with Local Art Educator Jan Faubel.
Children will learn basic watercolor techniques to create an original watercolor painting from a partially pre-drawn design based on the Living History area of the Assembly; then they may personalize their paintings. All supplies will be provided.

Adults and Older Teens may experience the historic and traditional watercolor art form in a workshop with local Jan Faubel.
Participants will learn some basic watercolor techniques to create a composition from a partially pre-drawn design to save time. Then they will be able to add their details to personalize their creations The subject matter comes from the Assembly's Living History area. All supplies are included.

Join Jessica as she shares music as a teacher. Within the workshop setting, Jessica gives her students group instruction, individual guidance, and space for personal experimentation to help people make the music their own.
In addition to her dulcimer teaching and performing experience, Jessica holds a B.A. degree in English and an M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction
